This week's Tony Tuesday started a little differently...

Tony actually kicked off the call by admitting he had absolutely nothing prepared. 😆

But as the conversation unfolded and we talked about the opportunities in front of us, the momentum we're seeing, the partners engaging and everything we're building together, one simple thought emerged:

"You're gripping the bat too tight."

When we care deeply about an outcome, it's easy to believe that more stress, more pressure and more hours will somehow improve the result.

The reality?

Some of the best outcomes come when we're confident enough to trust what we've learned, stay focused on the fundamentals and enjoy the process.

Work hard.
Care deeply.
Enjoy the ride.

The opportunities are real. The momentum is real. The future is bright.

Just don't grip the bat too tight. ⚾🚀

This week’s conversation was about something that sits at the foundation of every great leader, entrepreneur, creator, teammate and human being…

SELF BELIEF.

What’s fascinating is how willing human beings are to believe in things they’ve never physically seen before…

Religion.
Aliens.
Conspiracies.
Even Santa Claus apparently. 😂

Yet somehow… many people still struggle to fully believe in themselves.

At Mobilfy, we’ve learned something incredibly important over the years:

The people who truly win are rarely the most naturally gifted people in the room.

They’re usually the people who simply refused to stop believing in themselves despite pressure, setbacks, rejection, uncertainty or criticism.

Talent matters.
Ex*****on matters.
Leadership matters.

But none of those things survive long term without belief in yourself first.

One of the funniest examples of this actually came from a recent episode of “The Boys” 😂 where Billy Butcher referenced Victoria Beckham as somebody who simply believed in herself at a level most people don’t.

And honestly… the point hit harder than most people realize.

At Mobilfy, we believe confidence, ownership, resilience and self belief are not motivational buzzwords… they are foundational requirements for building something meaningful.

Believe in yourself first.
