Allow me to introduce myself...I'm Dominique...

I became a Life Coach in 2007.
And I started my Wedding Planning business in 2011.

Planning was 95% of my work life for a decade, with a little bit of coaching on the side.
In 2020, when the bottom dropped out, I offered coaching to clients, friends, and colleagues. There wasn’t a business plan, I just wanted to connect to and help and it was one way I knew how to be of service to my communities.

Since then, I have figured out how to have BOTH.

I still get to work with wonderful couples to create beautiful events—I minimize the stress so they can be present to all of the love and beauty that surrounds them.

and

I coach Event and Hospitality Pros because I know that it can be unbelievably rewarding..and that making a career in these industries has its own specific challenges.

In both categories:
It is so easy to slip into people-pleasing, procrastination, and perfectionism.
It can feel impossible to have boundaries.
It can feel like you are trading away your health and sanity.
It can feel like chaos.

But it doesn’t have to. I know there is a better and more sustainable way.
I can help you feel better and get more done whether you are planning a wedding or running a wedding-related business.
