I just want to clarify for anyone ordering through . Our typical production 🎥 time is 3-5 BUSINESS days on most items (sometimes faster) then around 2-5 BUSINESS days to ship (sometimes just a 2-day priority). That being said, if you order something and expect to have it in a few days please remember that it takes time to hand-make personalized items. We are not a manufacturer, even most Amazon handmade shops don’t ship out as fast as we do. I know we live in a society that is so eager to have things right now, like this minute, more like yesterday, but some times things take time, planning, and patience. I hate to be posting about this but it needs to be said. In the last year many businesses had to temporarily close or have even permanently closed. We’ve dealt with supply shortages (still dealing with them 😭) crazy carrier shipping delays (still dealing with them 😭), family/friends getting sick, loved ones passing away, job loses, and more. The list can keep going. Through it all we are still striving to make everyday better. We are a small mom and pop shop with a family to provide for. We are a family that dreams, a family that works hard, and loves what we do. So the next time you order something from us or another fellow Etsy shop, please remember all of this. Please remember we are people too, not just a robot typing away at a keyboard and your words/reviews... they hurt. Leaving a bad review because your package was delayed by the shipping carrier may not be a big deal to you but it is to us. It’s our lively hood, our family, our passion and the way I see it, the world can always use more kindness in these uncertain times.
