Temptation. Are you falling for temptation that no matter how hard you try you keep submitting to the temptation. Well I do.

Today I was reading Luke 22:46 where Jesus was telling them to pray so they would not be tempted.

As I read that I realized another reason for prayer and its benefits. I was trying to make this one temptation stop and not fall for it but it kept grabbing me. I have read and read the scriptures against the sin but I kept falling.

Over the last few days I have been shown the different things about prayer and how important it is to pray. The benefits of praying and not fainting or a better way to say it is pray and keep praying when the enemy or the world tries to stop me from praying as perseverance prayer will gain much.

Now I am seeing another benefit of prayer and that is so you won't be tempted.

So if you are having issues being tempted lift up your temptation to the Lord the issue and pray. The Word will not come back void so this will work.
