Finally got my muffin packaging in 😁

Made some fresh-milled Spelt/Purple-Straw soft red wheat chocolate chip muffins yesterday.

I have one extra loaf of organic, fresh-milled wheat bread that'll be ready later this afternoon, or I can bring to church tonight for anyone who wants some healthy bread ☺️

Got short pullman pans and tried them out for the first time today.

This is the same amount of dough (1.5 #) as my other pans, but the pans are taller.

I love them ☺️

Freshly milled, this was half "Prairie Gold" organic hard white wheat and half "Yecora Rojo" organic hard red wheat.

Today's bake: more bread (made with a blend of hard white and yecora rojo hard red wheat) and toasted Texas pecan chocolate chip cookies, made with spelt and Purple Straw soft red wheat; the tester cookie proved they're so good 🤤 😅 praise God!

Not only do I use fresh-milled flour/grains for my baked goods, but I also utilize fresh eggs from these lovely, spoiled ladies who free range on a half-acre back yard ☺️

Quality and freshness of ingredients is very important to me

2 extra dozen Chewy Chocolate Chip Espresso cookies available now, 3 dozen available tomorrow, as well as a few dozen Chocolate Chip available tomorrow ☺️
