We are now just 24 hours away from the very first RERUN Herd Council meeting — and the momentum is real.

Press is picking it up. Environmental groups have started spreading the word. And an inspiring crew of individuals are aligning behind this movement. This is the beginning of something big — and you’re part of it.

What’s on the agenda?
We’ll ground ourselves with a land acknowledgment, then walk through the vision, values, and origin story of RERUN — including inspiration from CHIditarod and a preview of the six “spirit animal” organizing roles (check out the infographic!). These roles aren’t fixed — you’re welcome to step into something familiar or try on something new.
We’ll also dive into open discussion about where you see yourself in this work, then close with next steps — and maybe a dash of weird, because it’s us.
Whether you're joining in person or virtually, please arrive by 5:30 PM EDT. This is more than a meeting — it’s the start of a regenerative, creative, and community-rooted project with climate justice at its core.
