I hope you know how grateful I am to have you not only in my life, but also the best auntie to Joey. We laugh, we laugh so hard we cry, and you’re always my biggest supporter. Well most of the time 😆

How are you New Year’s goals going?

Did you set resolutions? Intentions?

Have they slacked after the newness and motivation wore off?

It’s only 3 weeks in, so were your expectations too high?

Don’t sweat it. That’s normal. Especially if you don’t have someone to guide you in the right direction or you bite off more than you can chew.

What I’m going to challenge you with is that you get what you focus on. So focus on what you want and not what you don’t have yet.

Your mind is a powerful thing, more than you realize. If we dwell on the negative, then what we don’t see, and what we don’t have is all we’re gonna see. And it’s all we’re gonna have.⠀

This is when we need positivity the most! A huge reason why I became a coach was to be a positive force. Not everything is cupcakes and rainbows through this process, but continually working on yourself and your mindset begins to lean towards being more hopeful and optimistic.⠀

Let’s try focusing on where you want to go, what you have accomplished, and what you want to work towards.
