Ready to teach printmaking The Foundry

When you don't have the tools you need, make them!
I need an adapter for my tripod so I can use it with my phone. But why buy one when you have access to a makerspace?

While this print inevitably failed (I didn't put supports and something else failed early on that I didn't notice) I learned a ton by doing. This design also needs to be modified a bit to fit my phone, but eh. I'll get there!
Not only do I love my job because of all the cool things I can do - the freedom to experiment empowers me even more with resources to share with my students and anyone else. It means a lot to me to be in a position where I can introduce folks to so many cool things!

When your friend teaches you the blanket stitch, you practice and go all out and buy a bunch of embroidery thread to give your patches an upgrade!
