AEP for Medicare is here! With the CMS final rule, all drugs will be capped for seniors at $2,000 per year, and the donut hole will also be removed.

To counter the costs to the insurance companies, significant changes to people's Medicare plans for 2025 are expected. Premiums will increase, benefits may be removed or their prices raised, and many plans will be pulling out of counties altogether. If your plan is no longer available in the county and you do not choose in time, a plan will be chosen for you, and you will need to keep it through 2026.

This is the biggest shift in Medicare plans we have seen in over a decade. It is extremely important that all Medicare recipients view their plan options during the Annual Election period (October 15th through December 8th).
