Today is my 7th Bingo Card spotlight about my favorite Military Charity.

"Nyomin's Pariotic Pantry" is my personal platform and my own charity that focuses on providing for the basic needs of Butler County veterans. I provide several bags full of groceries and daily essentials to each veteran monthly. I have loved getting to know the veterans more and more each month.

Military Appreciation Month
Bingo Day 6-Thank a Veteran

I went around and individually thanked many veterans after Butler's Memorial Day service. My Military Star sisters and I handed them retired flag stars. It is always so special to be able take the time to talk to the veterans and to get to know them better.

I loved spreading some joy, kindness, and love in my hometown today! I am a Chalk the Walk with Marjorie Ambassador. Remember simple acts of kindness make our world a better place to live.🩷

Memorial Day is about remembering and honoring the lives of those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom! To their family and friends I am sorry for the loss of your loved one.

I was in Butler's Memorial Day Parade this morning with 3 of my other Miss Military Star Pageant sister queens. We also attended the memorial service held at Diamond Park afterwards. I was so touched that after the service several of the veterans came up to talk to me because they remembered me. One of my special veteran friends even brought me a very meaningful Challenge Coin and pin. I gave him one of my "Ribbon for a Reason" pins 4 years ago and he still has it on his collar! This made me feel very special.

A huge thank you to Diehl Automotive Group of Butler for sponsoring our beautiful truck to ride in!

For my 5th Bingo challenge I love being able to serve Butler County veterans in need of food and daily essentials! May was the 3rd month of Nyomin's Patriotic Pantry and I am pleased to announce that we now have 24 local veteran families that we are providing with non-parishable food and daily essentials like soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent & more every month! I am enjoying getting to really know the veterans that I serve too.

I was honored to be a performer at Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk in Pittsburgh this morning! Being a Twirling to Fight Cancer Ambassador has given me countless opportunities to serve, educate, advocate and support those battling cancer. More than $400,000 was raised today and I helped. No one person can do something like this by themselves, but together we are unstoppable until we find the cure!!!

For my 4th bingo challenge I am bring light to the fact that we need all still need to do more to make sure our veterans have somewhere to live! As of late 2025, an estimated 700–800 veterans are homeless in Pennsylvania, with many facing challenges in transitioning to civilian life. While the state has made progress in reducing numbers, veterans still make up nearly 11% of the state's homeless adult population. Active, localized efforts (like tiny homes in Harrisburg) and VA-supported programs (HUD-VASH) are actively combating this. I stop and give homeless Veterans warm blankets, food, and drinks throughout the year. I also do a lot of work with Butler County's women veterans shelter called Robin's Home. Please consider donating to your local veteran shelters to help combat this problem!

For my 3rd bingo card activity I am donating several containers of laundry soap pods to local veterans in need. We take for granted the ability to wash our clothes and the privilege that it is to wear clean clothing every day. Please consider buying a pack or 2 of laundry soap pods, break them up into smaller, bags and hand them out at your local shelters in your home town. May is Military Appreciation Month and Amanda Kathleen organized this fun bingo to encourage us to highlight our veteran service work.

Today I had the privilege of being apart of the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Kid's Day America in Butler County! This annual event is an amazing event for families near and far to have fun, gather information on community resources, find out about local non-profits, and support a different cause yearly. This year all of the money raised will be donated to the Fishing For Memories Club. I liked being able to tell people about the Military Star Organization and explain what my pageant sysytem is all about. I am so blessed to live in a county that truely supports their children and helps give us a place for our voices to be heard. Thank you Care Chiropractic Center for putting on this wonderful event every year!!!

May is National Military Appreciation Month and am participating in a bingo game organized by Amanda Kathleen to encourage people to do things for our veterans. Today I got to cross 2 things off of my bingo card. First, I am wear R.E.D. as I remember those deployed. Secondly, I want to share with all of you what doing community service means to me...

Community service has been a huge part of my life since I was just 4 years old. Each year, I proudly complete between 500 and 1,000 hours of service work — not because I have to, but because I truly love helping others.
Over the years, I have built close relationships with so many incredible veterans in my hometown who need support, and they are the reason the work I do is so meaningful. When you personally know the people you are helping, every project becomes more rewarding than the last. Their stories, strength, and gratitude continue to inspire me every single day!
The Miss Military Pageant has given me countless opportunities to use my crown to serve others, make a positive difference in my community, and honor those who have sacrificed so much for our country. I will always be grateful for the experiences, friendships, and purpose this journey has brought into my life!
