For my pal, Star! They reached out pretty much right when I posted my gelatinous cube flash and claimed this one, took a bit to come in for it but the result is worth the wait. They have a deep skin tone, but the purple pigment really loves their skin and the tangerine is doing a good job giving the design that translucent effect I was aiming for.

This one is done with (so far I prefer their pigments for melanated skin, haven’t had a chance to try other brands for deeper tones to compare yet) and cartridges

A big piece for this client’s first tattoo! Lots of details meant a long sit, but he was super tough 💪✨ Also I’d LOVE to design more foxgloves, those were SO fun!

Happy Halloween, folks, and happy autumn equinox. Dapper Skeletor won the vote on my fit for the day and frankly this might be my favorite yet, holiday or not. I gotta get more turtle necks in my wardrobe!
