Labor Day Weekend Race Recap:

Friday Afternoon Practice at The Motorplex at The Mill - We unloaded Both Jake and Austin’s cars check a few setup things and proceeded to get our first Practice Session in As Austin Never had raced at the mill before. Got at About 5-6 laps in Austin pulled in with Engine issues and Jake Followed soon there after. The 24 car was feeling good but ended both sessions with Austin’s Engine Blowing a head gasket. The Who Crew went right to work pulling the engine and installing the Backup Engine with Getting it fired up at 130am Saturday Morning. Jake and Austins Hats are off to everyone that lent a Hand in helping us get the 15 car back in the track for Saturdays 50 Lapper.

Saturday Race day at the Motorplex at the Mill- We put both the 15 and 24 car out for early practice and it was a Success both cars gained quite a bit throughout early practice. As We moved into the day Both cars were getting dialed in more with a 11 car Field Austin in the 15 Car qualified 8th Jake in the 24 Car qualified 6th putting Jake in the fast 6 invert which landed him a Pole Position Start in the 50 lap Main Event. About or around lap 19-20 Jake was running P3 Got tied up in lapped traffic he tried to execute a pass on the low side which end result was He collided with a lapped car ending Jakes night with a bent RF Spindle. As the Race Continued Austin Made a dash for the front of the pack racing his way up to the 3rd Position Capitalizing on a 3rd Place Podium finish for the Team.

Monday Labor Day Races at Meridian SpeedWay - Unloaded Both Cars Came into first practice ran a few laps cars seemed good just need to tighten them up just a Tick. Both cars Qualified in 2nd Practice was a pretty tight field Jake Qualified 7th and Austin Qualified 9th. Jake won his heat race Austin got tied up in an unfortunate racing incident tearing up a RF up and lower control arms and a tie rod. The team work on Austins #15 machine to get it to where he could at least make a few laps in the main with the damage the car had took. Both cars started the Main Event Austin Pulled off after a few laps and end his night. Jake stayed on track for a few more laps when he found a racing incident of his own and had no where to go and collided with 2 other cars ending His night with a busted Radiator.
