This weekend! The Dance Complex presents a Community Concert on Saturday 5/30 at 8pm and Sunday 5/31 at 7pm!

Allison Talis returns to the Dance Complex on Sunday 5/31 and 6/28 for her workshop Medicine Dance: The Journey!

This monthly workshop weaves sacred ritual, creative modalities, somatic awareness and movement. The Journey is a tool to help us navigate stress, anxiety, uncertainty and fear, while also celebrating life. It is an experience to come back HOME again and again to that which is real, that which is now and that which is eternal.

We will land and anchor with meditation and visualization, followed by our closing circle.

Please bring a journal/ paper, a pen, and water.
