Another big milestone for our Elizabeth City ADU project!

This week we kicked off the roofing while our plumbing rough-in is officially underway. It’s always exciting to see these projects continue to take shape as we move one step closer to bringing another high-quality custom ADU to life.

We spent some time checking in on both of our custom home builds today, and it’s exciting to see each project continuing to hit major milestones.

📍 South Mills Custom
✅ All rough-ins are officially complete! Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC have all been finished, putting this home one step closer to insulation and drywall.

📍 Camden Custom
✅ Plumbing rough-in is complete.
⚡ Electrical is now underway, with HVAC rough-ins scheduled to begin soon as we keep the momentum rolling.
