For this month’s staff spotlight, we’re excited to recognize Trish, our Childcare Administrator! ✨

For Tricia, Lighthouse has been more than a workplace. It has been part of her story since she was a fifth-grade student at Belden Elementary. She went on to participate in Venture Club, Middle School Club, and High School Club before returning years later as a volunteer and eventually joining our staff in 2018.

Today, Tricia helps create a safe, high-quality experience for the students and families we serve. She was instrumental in Lighthouse becoming a licensed and star-rated program through the Ohio Department of Children and Youth in 2020.

In addition to her role at Lighthouse, Tricia has been an educator for more than 16 years and currently serves as an intervention specialist at the Early Learning Center at Schrieber. She is also a proud mom whose children have grown up participating in Lighthouse programs.

We are grateful for Tricia's leadership and her commitment to the community that helped shape her own journey.🧡
