is putting some sort of magic in their clothes I stg 😮💨 Feels good to feel good!!!
Currently working on rebuilding some muscle in my lower half. 🍑 Doing BODY20 1-2x per week, OTF 1x per week, and lifting 1-2x.
Also, I’ll never get tired of Otto’s little handprints on ever mirror 🥹 my shaylaaaaa
Just an FYI - you don’t have to choke down egg whites and spinach for breakfast to reach your goals if you don’t want to 🤷🏼♀️
A breakfast high in protein, fiber, and healthy fat will keep you satisfied longer, keep your blood sugar stable, and prevent mid-morning sugar cravings.
If I’m not having this, I’m eating my Japanese cheesecake (with honey & blueberries) and it’s soooo good. I’ll record that vid next!!!
