Day 20 of the 21-Day Detox. I cannot believe we are hours away from the completion of this challenge.

Thank you to those who hung in here w me and supported me. I see you 🙌🏽. If you didn't lose a single pound I know you gained some insight. Don't let it stop here, be that light to someone else because you never know who needed it.
I have to say I am so darn proud of you, because I know you're making a change in your life, I know you have goals and aspirations and I congratulate you in advance.

Day 17 of the 21-Day Detox. Today speaks from the Solar Plexus Chakra which governs strength, vitality, ego and willpower.

When you're Solar Plexus Chakra is open, you're ready to take on any challenge that comes into play.

Recite your affirmations and remind yourself as much as necessary how powerful you are and that you are in charge of your destiny.

I release any blockages that prevent forward movement...
And I welcome infinite opportunities of progression
I release the limited thoughts of possibilities
And create the lifestyle that I envision no matter the attitude

Day 15 of the 21-Day Detox!!! We are almost there.

Today we speak from the Root Chakra and today's extra special because we incorporated the kid's edition.

We've been pouring into ourselves for the past 2 weeks and now it's time to pour a little from that cup into someone else's. Whether you're pouring into your child's cup, a friend or a loved one's cup remember to pass on some good vibes.

Someone is always watching us, so be a positive example.

And most importantly, speak these affirmations in the mirror today and be grateful for what you have no matter where you are in your journey.✨️

When you speak from a space of gratitude, the universe provides you with more to be thankful for.
