“While dating, my husband told me there’s a bakery near by that I’ll love. I scoffed, I was living in Dakar at the time and the bakeries were unbelievably good. Boy, was he right! I fell in love with the bakery. This lovely jalapeño cheddar sourdough is from the cookbook from ...a delicious loaf that quasi-substitutes for days when I’m not able to sneak into their bakery and close my eyes and just inhale the aromas. Clearly my husband understood the way to my heart!”
