🌿 Plant both feet flat on the ground
🌿 Drop your shoulders away from your ears
🌿 Take one slow breath in through your nose (4 seconds)
🌿 Exhale through your mouth like you’re blowing out a candle (6 seconds)
🌿 Repeat 3 times
That’s it.
You just told your nervous system “hey, we’re safe.” And your body listened.
