There’s always someone who’s gonna come along who is doing what you want to do, maybe doing it better.
They’re passing by your journey to show you that you have more in you.
Not to make you feel bad or adequate, but if you do, that’s OK. Honor that and put that toward your next goal. Don’t try to take it from them. Align yourself with the version that’s yours.
One of the biggest mistakes made and can easily improve their mental health….
Stop speaking in absolute truth when it’s an opinion.
Ex: no one can ever do this if that….
Reframe: it’s difficult to achieve if this is like that…
Your brain is following orders and your order is going “ill stay stuck regardless”
I will HAPPILY be the Negative Nancy or the Debbie Downer if it’s a matter of pointing out someone who is not a healthy minded person.
I’ll do my best to say what you need to hear in a way you want to hear it because I know not getting validation for everything you want to be true can hurt.
I’ll be here when you’re ready to recover from your codependency, stop chasing your own feeling right into the arms of someone who is good at using words to convey their “love” rather than actions.

If you maintain healthy working relationships with people (and yourself), you will realize that it isn’t ghosting when you don’t speak with others for a few weeks or months at a time.
You will also realize that their time is just as valuable as yours and offer to supplement it if you expect their presence and contribution.
People’s ego attachments and mental states are very obvious if you’re willing to pay attention and not personalize someone else’s busy life as a reflection of their character.
If you struggle with understanding how your relationships are a reflection of your own ego attachments, book some time with me and I will help you understand 😉☺️✌️
