Three Ten Timber

Elias has been hard at work this week. He designed and built this 17'8" x 30'8" timber frame at our Cedar Falls yard to show what is possible with reclaimed beams, traditional joinery, and a custom design.

This is a temporary display, but the frame can be replicated, modified, fabricated, shipped, and raised nationwide. It could become a home addition, pavilion, guest house, lake house, pool house, or something entirely different shaped around the property and the way the space needs to work.

A completed package would include the rafters, remaining braces, gable post, and door header not shown in the current model.

This is what we enjoy most.

Taking old material and figuring out a new way to make it fit someone’s vision.
