Ok so the FAA denied my exemption. Saying something that I didn't talk about how it shows that approval would be in the Public's Interest. Oddly enough I copied everything in my exemption from exemptions that had already been approved. So can you tell me where the standard here is. I also saw some that had been approved where it looks like the guys weren't pilots. Got to say that I am a bit pi**ed about all this. I have a commercial IFR certificate and two different medical approvals and over a decade worth of aviation experience and can't get approved. They give you a number to call but it is a recording that lead to no one. And the email gets a form letter back. I have made my amendments and am waiting for an update. 6 months into this and still can't do anything. Just another small business trying to get started but red tape keeps things from moving. I know there are a lot of people out there that aren't doing this by the book and making money and here I am walking the line and getting nothing. Super frustrating! But I have other things I am working on too so they are going to have to try harder to keep me down.

Still waiting on the FAA exemption but I think it should come out any day now!! I hope anyway!
