Once in bloom, what's meant for you will always find you.

The ability to grow a decent amount of herbs, and vegetables as well as a few treats like strawberries on my tiny patio is a gift I don't take for granted. I've always been good at making something from nothing.

When someone floods you with affection, disappears, returns, hints at a future, then retreats again, your mind never gets enough information to reach a conclusion.

The relationship remains psychologically unfinished. The uncertainty itself becomes addictive.

The fantasy had depth, momentum, and emotional weight; the actual relationship frequently had far less substance than the longing attached to it.

It survives on almosts, maybes, and one days.

On messages that arrive just as you're beginning to heal.

The heart says, "If I can just understand, if I can just wait, if I can just love harder..."

Meanwhile the truth is, someone who wants a life with you does not need to keep you guessing. Love does not require confusion to survive.

Limerence does.

It looks like love.
It feels like hell.
And when it finally breaks, you realize you weren't grieving a relationship, just the possibility of one.

Do not be discouraged by rejection from people who never intended to see you clearly. Some people just want to feel larger standing beside someone they’ve mistaken for small. If suddenly you become "too much" or "too difficult" for having boundaries, loving yourself, or simply showing up authentically, they're not seeking connection, they're seeking validation. Let them go and allow space for authentic connection.
