Real fortitude looks like this:
✅ Naming what's hard without putting it on your kids
✅ Keeping the routines that anchor your family when life gets loud
✅ Asking for help without shame
✅ Letting your kids see you're human — not made of stone

Romans 5:3-4 says suffering produces perseverance → character → hope. The chain matters. The hard seasons aren't in the way of a good fatherhood. In the right man's hands, they're the *raw material* of one.
