Vertical First
As moms we often feel as if our lives are on auto pilot, like someone else is in charge. Love yourself, gain confidence, its time to go vertical first!
Day 3! Goal: to be someone who is in control of themselves instead of allowing her body to control her!
i.e not being controlled by my emotions
Idk about you but I can definitely blow s**t out of hand sometimes.
My pride or ego gets hurt or negatively effected in some way - and it’s like “gloves off!” Bare knuckle boxing …
I don’t want to be controlled by my emotions.
I want to be in control of my reactions.
The best way to do that? Know why you react the way that you do, catch your thoughts, learn about them, study them, question them, challenge them.
Sitting and walking meditation and journaling has helped me big time with all of this!
