Morning all!

Sitting on my beautiful sunny/shady deck this morning, with my uber strong morning espresso, watching the hummingbirds at the feeder, just feeling grateful.

This is one of those perfect mornings in Vancouver that you all know are like rare gems, they dont come around very often. The temperature is absolutely perfect, like perfect body temp, you wouldn't wish it for 1 degree hotter or colder. No smoke in the air, no covid, no doom n gloom, no moth-ma-geddon, no heat domes or cylone bombs.

Just perfect.

Well its been a minute here, I know.

Taken a little social side step this year. Relized its taken too much of my time, energy and focus. I love the connection with my online community - I love you guys! - but lots of other priorities to shift more time toward.

My clients. Real value and quality to my fitness clients (rather than "social appearance").

My family. My kids are quickly growing up, i feel them slipping away. Want to spend as much time, and be as present, as I can.

My legal ⚖️ career. Lots if opportunity at this stage of life, enjoying being able to pedal down in my profession, make use of of the knowledge and experience i have gained...and not to mention earn some 💲so I can retire happily 🤑

My fitness. Life pressures and menaupause taking a real toll on this bod! In all honesty with you guys, even I having trouble finding time and motivation to get into the gym. So when I do, i need to focus on my own workout and get the work done.

Making elaborate vids and content takes time, not as easy as it looks! So these days, i am mostly just trying to focus on my workouts, your workouts, and your programs.

After all, this is where the rubber hits the road, my friends. JUST DO THE WORKOUTS.

The rest is just smoke n mirrors. 💨

When life is busy and overwhelming...

Just do the workouts 😊

On that note, going to go do mine now, as the air temp is quickly raising by a few degrees!
