I have been busting up social expectations for as long as I can remember. It has been my pleasure, my hobby, my side hustle as well as my sole purpose in life. I naturally reject social conditioning so strongly that I feel that it has been encoded in my DNA to do so.

I’m talking about social expectations like having a husband, boyfriend or lover. At my age. In a quarantine. How sad that I don’t. What the f**k. I know this is prevalent in our society because I hear it from my friends, and I make this post to encourage anyone who needs to hear this; the word Alone means All One.

The minute we stop searching outside of ourselves for someone, something, some structure, some authority figure, some guru, some idol to make us feel better is the moment we begin to heal ourselves from the inside out. There’s no way to shortcut this process, sidestep it or spiritually bypass it. It’s called The Work, and I’ve been doing it for a long time.

These years of study, stillness, heartbreak, revelation, reflection and MANY dark nights of the soul are responsible for the state of ease & grace I find myself in today. I have been gifted with the sight to see our social conditioning and social programming for what it is and I’m calling bull s**t on all of it. It’s time. Sovereignty is the most important issue in our world today, and I want to share this with you.

I’m considering creating a Zoom course that combines curricula from my workshops and women’s groups over the years to address this topic. Let me know if you are interested.
