Touring the Historic downtown in Charleston South Carolina via horse-drawn carriages is a must, where you will be drop off near the Waterfront park to see The Pineapple Fountain, a landmark symbolizing Southern hospitality, warmth and welcome. The fountain itself represents restoration and hope since it was opened to the public in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo in 1990.
Pineapple also signifies Wealth during colonial times… thus explains why we place them in our table in New Year’s Eve ahaaaa finally make sense .

When I booked this hotel i already fell in love with what instore for me and I said to myself I will just stay the whole day to enjoy the moment .
The Courtyard Charleston Waterfront is luxury and pure bliss in one.
What did I do??
*Experienced the stunning views of the Ashley river in the private dock exclusive for Marriott guests, unwinding on the beautiful open terrace day and night, chilling by the fire pit, relaxing by the whirpool and night swimming in the huge heated pool with snacks in between at The Bistro … this hotel proves what you pay is what you get … I experienced style and luxury I gave 110% rating, given the chance i will return definitely!!!

Nestled in the vibrant Upscale Southpark neighborhood, though this hotel is exquisitely sleek and modern, I am still in awe with the massive black painted wood paneled interior and the antique chandeliers, a European-style architecture
I fell in love with.
Furthermore it is next to the Southpark Mall with high end fashion boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, YSL, Gucci, Dior, a premier tourist destination., can’t resist to buy a keepsake 🤍
