Proceeds from the registration go to the Run For Johnny Foundation. The mission of Run For Johnny Foundation is to provide college students in recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction scholarships through fundraising events in the Lowcountry and is named in honor of Johnny Schulte who lost his life to this disease earlier this year.
