Movement that meets you where you are. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Most Pilates spaces focus on the “how”—how high can you lift, how many reps can you do, how does it look? The Embodied Mat is about the “why.”

Dr.Lisa and I created this private workshop series for those who want to move with intention rather than obligation. It’s a space where we prioritize grounding over performance and embodiment over aesthetics. In a small group of just 6 people, we have the room to breathe, focus on beginner-friendly foundations, and actually hear what our bodies are saying.

Think soft mood lighting, a curated lofi atmosphere, and a 60-minute journey that starts and ends with grounding breathwork. No fluff—just mindful movement.

To keep this experience intimate, seats are strictly limited. I’ve updated the Wellness Calendar (WelCal) on my site with our upcoming Thursday dates at Healthy Phit.
