I'm working on a batch of 4 of my pocket Scalpel R currently, they are hardened and in the temper now. If you want to claim one and pick out your handle material shoot me a message, they will be $175 with kydex sheath and ulticlip.

Finally got around to doing a couple carbon steel pans. For now I ordered the pan blanks from .us which worked phenomenal. I forged the handles from 304 stainless. I'll rework the handle shape very soon. Considering building a press dedicated to only carbon steel cookware, various size pans, sauciers and definitely a wok. If this is something youre interested in let me know and I'll keep posting progress as I go!
