- 4 eggs
- 180g sugar
- 100ml water
- 130g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs (for cream filling)
- 50g sugar (for cream filling)
- 150ml condensed milk (for cream filling)
- Vanilla extract (to taste)
- 3 tbsp starch
- 250ml milk (for cream filling)
- 250g butter, softened (for cream filling)
- 150ml water (for impregnation)
- 2 tbsp condensed milk (for impregnation)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate glaze)
- 3 tbsp sugar (for chocolate glaze)
- 4 tbsp sour cream (for chocolate glaze)
- 50g butter (for chocolate glaze)

Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and greasing a cake pan. In a mixing bowl, beat together 4 eggs and 180g sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in 100ml water, blending it well.
2. Sift 130g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder into the mixture, then fold it gently until everything is well combined. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and let it bake for 25-30 minutes. Once done, allow it to cool completely.
3. While your cake is cooling, let's whip up the cream filling! In a saucepan, whisk together 2 eggs, 50g sugar, 150ml condensed milk, and 3 tbsp starch. Gradually add in 250ml milk while stirring constantly, and cook it all together until thickened. Set it aside to cool.
4. Next, beat 250g softened butter in a bowl until creamy. Slowly mix in the cooled milk mixture along with some vanilla extract to taste. Beat until everything is smooth and silky.
5. Time to assemble your cake! Slice the cooled biscuit base horizontally. For the impregnation, mix 150ml water with 2 tbsp condensed milk. Brush each cake layer with this mixture, then spread the creamy filling generously between the layers and on top.
6. Now for the delicious chocolate glaze! Combine 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp sour cream, and 50g butter in a saucepan. Heat gently until everything is smooth and glossy, then pour it over your beautifully assembled cake.
