The Cars have always been one of our favorite bands so I choose “Good Times Roll” as the theme for our 38th anniversary celebration. We cycled in Italy with 20 of our favorite friends! It was so much fun and quite the ride . . . 185 miles in 6 days. Life is good!!😁🚴‍♀️🎉. Happy anniversary Rog 😘

𝗢𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆! Cycling from Banff to Jasper was so fun, so much work and totally worth the unexpected weather. 🌧️ Taking on that kind of a challenge with great friends makes anything possible.⁣

Our Backroads guides called it “Type 2 Fun” . . . In the moment, it doesn’t seem so fun, but when you look back, it’s awesome 🤣🤣⁣

The Speed Art Museum has great events that give us a reason to dress up. Even though I whine when I have to find a dress, it’s great to be with my favorite date and fun friends!

I have to be vigilant to keep the “Rolodex” from taking over my thoughts, which affects my mood, my attitude and my health. Please read on and join me in 𝗡𝗢𝗧 being a grave robber 😉⁣
