Very proud of my guy Derrick Brinton, one of my first NoWu clients here in Charlotte. Early on, he showed that “grind mentality” with his approach & work ethic during our workouts. And, as his current results (High honors: 3.7-4.0 GPA) prove that mentaliy works whether it’s sports or academics — he got it done on the field and in the classroom.
