Yesterday, we officially kicked off our PPL Academic Partner Orientation for the dedicated team that will be serving students at Renaissance West STEAM Academy through our PPL CLIMB program!

A huge thank you to  for hosting us in the incredible CRTV Lab at Shiloh which was the perfect creative space to prepare for the important work ahead. 🙌🏾

We’re proud to be playing our part in supporting Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’s Strategic Plan under the Academic Excellence pillar, specifically contributing to Guardrail 1: Equity over Equality by working to reduce achievement gaps. 🚀

🚀 New Partnership Alert! ♥️💙📚

We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Renaissance West STEAM Academy in collaboration with and ‘s United Neighborhoods! Together, we’re working towards the shared goal of increasing academic proficiency and empowering students to thrive.

Through our PPL CLIMB 🪜 program, we’ll provide Intensive Academic Support to 60 students in Grades 3–8, focusing on Mathematics and English Language Arts. By embedding ourselves within the school day — we’re closing learning gaps, boosting confidence, and paving the way for long-term success.

This partnership is more than just academics; it’s a step towards building brighter futures and supporting students on their journey to achieving their full potential. 🌟

Peoples Private Learning (PPL) is thrilled to announce that we are recipients of the - Unite Charlotte and United Neighborhood Grants! 💙♥️

These incredible opportunities will allow us to expand our mission of providing Intensive Academic Support to students in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools while equipping our organization with essential resources for growth and sustainability.

What is a PPL Responder? 💙🚨
A PPL Responder is a dedicated volunteer who steps up to make a difference in their community by supporting PPL’s urgent mission to provide equitable academic opportunities for students.

This weekend, 13 of our amazing PPL Responders partnered with the and to pack runner bags and contribute to the success of this incredible event! 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️

With their support we have earned funding that will directly support our upcoming school partnership launching in January 2025—stay tuned for the exciting announcement soon! 📚✨
