Game day wings cooked on a Kamado Joe at 400 degrees with the slow roller. Hickory smoked and basted in a and butter mixture.
If the Panthers were any good, this would be heaven. 🤤
We couldn’t resist. We made our favorite beer cheese dip (and it is *really* good). We couldn’t help but share the wealth:
Beer Cheese Dip Recipe
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/2 can of beer- we like to use Budweiser
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Let the cream cheese soften then add all the other ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined and until there are no clumps of cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but overnight is best. Stir before serving.
Serve with pretzel crisps and a healthy dollop of Cootsey’s.
