Mark your calendars for this 5K coming up in local Belmont 4-22!

The Move More Runners will be running together and we’d love for you to join us.

Week 1 of training is under our belt and we are feeling good.

It’s not too late to join us!

Move More Runners recieve a FREE 6 week training program, Discounted Race Registration, and a team to support and motivate throughout your training. Not to mention, tops and tricks by Dr. Scott Jablonka!

Athletes 4 A Cause, raising money for RyzAbove Fitness. They provide exercise classes & social opportunities to inspire neurodiversity teens & adults to live a healthy & more fulfilling lifestyle.

This will be a partner workout hosted by Crossfit Mecklenburg. The workout will consist of 3, 9 minute AMRAPs. Movements coming soon.

Athletes 4 A Cause partner workout has 3 divisions and 2-person teams can be M/M, M/F OR F/F:
FUN FOR ALL
Standard or scaled workout options (COMING SOON)
No judging
COMPETITIVE
Must do STANDARD Workout (COMING SOON)
Must meet all exercise standards / requirements / range of motion
Includes a judge and eligibility for Top Prizes
ADAPTIVE ATHLETES
Our event will provide FREE registration to any adaptive adult or teen in recognition of the fact that these athletes have medical situations that may cause financial hardships.

It’s week 1 of our 6-week running program. How are you feeling?

Is your face all red? Sweaty from head to toe? Breathing heavy? Is the soreness starting to kick in?

That’s okay! Stick with it. Fight through the hard. With consistency, it WILL get better.
