👷🏼‍♀️ensure that the wood flooring, paint colors, window coverings, and special items like ceiling fans and TVs are in place ahead of move in as anticipated
📦 keep up with the unoackers to get everything in its place and artwork staged and marked for installation so that tomorrow
🔨 we can hang all the beautiful pieces …..place lamps and accessories and be almost fully moved in!!

So much fun 😊 to be a part of this process and to have an amazingly happy client! 🤗 (he said to say that!)

Who would have guessed this is only 24 hours later!

🖼️ ALL the beautiful artwork hung according to our art plan. (And it looks amazing 🤩)

💡Lamps in place throughout. (Plenty of layered lighting 😍)

📦 Boxes gone (thank you unpacker team 💪🏼💡) and accessories going into place in every room.

🪴 a few fresh plants needed to kick everything up a notch (⚡️bam !)

And by Friday morning when his daughter comes to visit we will be more than ready for her! 😁she will NOT believe that he moved in just yesterday!

Textured tile is one of the details that makes my heart sing right now. It is a fantastic detail that creates wonderful interest as a focal point when used as a complete statement wall or backsplash. Or when interspersed with solid tiles, give just enough pop to add interest.

For the last few years white textured tiles have appeared everywhere especially in a 12x24 format. But to move from basic to intentional design this tile is best in colors and sizes that are more precise.
