Hospice Executive Director (RN)

Overview:
Seeking a passionate leader to launch a groundbreaking hospice agency committed to revolutionizing end-of-life care. My client is seeking a visionary Hospice Executive Director to lead a team in creating an innovative culture focused on compassion, collaboration, and excellence. As the leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape our agency's culture and establish it as a beacon of compassionate care in the community.

Responsibilities:

1. Culture Creation and Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a culture of compassion, innovation, and inclusivity.
Establish strategic plans aligned with our mission to redefine end-of-life care.
2. Clinical Operations Management:
Ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Oversee the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
3. Team Building and Development:
Recruit, hire, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals committed to our mission.
Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment among staff.
4. Financial Management:
Develop and manage the agency's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
5. Community Engagement and Outreach:
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
Lead outreach efforts to raise awareness about our services and engage with the community.
Qualifications:

Current RN license in Illinois.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive and innovative culture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
