Just got off of a coaching call with an individual who is leading by his position. I asked him what his biggest challenge is right now with his team and he replied....

"It's hard to get everyone aligned and just do what I need them to do."

Not a shocker right?

Leading by your position has a low ceiling effect and will limit how others experience you.

With all of the uncertainty right now in just about every area of life there is a better way to lead.
