Pre-workout breakfast!
Plant Based pancake mix containing 14 grams plant-based protein. Added:
10 grams collagen protein, 1 tbs ground flax, 1 tsp moringa. 1 tsp cinnamon. Topped with 1 tbs soy-free, non-gmo, vegan butter, drizzled with organic date syrup. Paired with dandelion root chia tea.

The Dumbbell Sn**ch is one of my favorite moves!
It improves balance with the tight core stability needed and helps develop good posture as shoulders roll backwards and the back remains straight and glutes lifted and strong. This move also improves flexibility, coordination, reflexes and reaction time... all key components to a long, physically healthy life!
Exercise is the best medicine!
