The time has come and we couldn’t be more excited to announce our partnership to distribute Michael Waltrip Brewing in the Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding areas! Its hit the floors of several Total Wine stores and already a major hit! Available for purchase in most major retailers as well as restaurants in the 704. Independent Craft Distributors is currently seeking a territory sales rep for the greater Charlotte/Lake Norman & Hickory NC area. This position is full time with a base sales plus commission and travel expenses.

About Us...
Making their sights on bigger horizons is what Matt Mongillo and Carl Stevens set out to do. Running a transportation company, DZ Enterprise, together for four years, set the tone for a true partnership. This partnership was mingled together with the craft beverage business from the get-go. After winning multiple contracts with various breweries to truck their beer to their distributor’s, it was decided that the end goal was to start their own beer distribution company. DZ Enterprises still transports liquid for various breweries, as well as trucking for multiple business segmentation's.
Independent Craft Distributors, ICD, was born in 2018. Mongillo and Stevens put their heads together and moved forward with their mission to procure craft beverages for those that love liquid art. Not to be cliché, but their first draft of their logo was drawn on a paper napkin.
Mongillo brought extensive knowledge to the table with over a decade in the beer and wine industry, focusing on distribution and sales. With a drive to win, he brings a positive and influential multi-faceted personality. As a Christian leader in the community and beyond, he feels it is a blessing to give others an opportunity to better their life. He is title, Minister of Sales, that sums him up very well.
Stevens brings a strong background in logistics and the transportation industry. His leadership with our operations team helps make ICD stick together.
