Sh***ri Fundamentals: Safety, Negotiation & the Single Column Tie

This beginner-level class focuses on essential safety practices, consent and negotiation, and instruction in the single column tie. Ideal for newcomers or those refreshing fundamentals. Space is limited; experienced riggers are encouraged to attend future sessions.

Bring: rope, safety shears, yoga mat (limited loaners available)
Dress: sport or form-fitting yoga wear
