🇺🇸🥗 This Red, White, & Blue salad is the easiest holiday weekend side dish!

No cooking.
No baking.
No standing over a hot stove.

Just throw everything into a bowl and call it a day. 😂

Ingredients:
🥬 Spring mix (or your favorite greens)
🫐 Blueberries
🍓 Strawberries
🧀 Crumbled feta cheese
🥄 Poppy seed dressing

That’s it!

I brought this to a neighborhood BBQ and it disappeared fast. The sweet berries, salty feta, and poppy seed dressing are such a good combination.

Want to make it your own?

✨ Add slivered almonds
✨ Add mandarin oranges
✨ Use romaine instead of spring mix
✨ Make a homemade poppy seed dressing

But honestly? The store bought version is delicious and takes about 5 minutes to throw together.

Virtual Summer Camp: Part 4 🎵🏕️

Because every summer camp deserves an official soundtrack!

After finishing the camper passports and achievement stickers, it was time to create something equally important: the camp playlist!

I filled it with nostalgic summer songs, camp movie favorites, and songs that just feel like summer growing up.

Once the playlist was finished, I created printable playlist cards and used Spotify Codes so campers can scan them and instantly access the music.

They’re getting tucked right into the camper welcome packets and honestly it might be one of my favorite little details so far.
It’s completely unnecessary, which is exactly why I love it 😂
