LeaderSurf

This crew had an amazing week together at LeaderSurf. When asked to describe the LeaderSurf experience to a colleague one participant shared: " 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜! 𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠, 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙨𝙢 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚."  This statement embodies the overall goal of the program. Surfing is the metaphor and the cherry on top not the core of the program which is focused on enhancing leadership capability.

Wrapping up an amazing week at feeling very fulfilled. I was an amazing week of learning and bonding with a great group of leaders.
