10k a Day in May step challenge starts tomorrow. Last Call!

04/29/2024

🏃‍♂️10k step a day in May!

We're doing it! If you're looking for a sign to get out and get active, here it is. THIS CHALLENGE IS OPEN TO ANYONE, and it's totally free.

This is something I've personally struggled with over the last several years as my job has shifted from in person coaching to online nutrition & strength training programs. If you've found yourself in the same (very still) boat, join us!

The rules are simple- Join by leaving a comment on this post with your commitment to 10k/day in May. Tracked with whatever tech you prefer, but you must have proof. I post a roll call on Fridays for you to share a screenshot of your steps for the week.

THATS IT. Nothing fancy, just you and your commitment to moving this May.

So who's in? (tag a friend!)

You are more powerful than you know!

The best way to create change is to focus on the solution instead of playing into a victim mindset. You have no power when you think small and focus on the problem. You have POWER in the solution.

I get it- it’s hard when you’ve been told you need to be LESS for so long, but you deserve more than shrinking into nothingness.

Wondering how you can get to this mindset shift? I'm ready to help you create thought change while also building sustainable nutrition and fitness habits.

Check out the link in my bio to step into your power!

Have you ever stretched and stretched a rubber band until it lost it's "bounce back"? That is what happens to your joints and ligaments when you don't have proper collagen.

Just like that rubber band, as you age collagen breaks down and it gets harder for your body to create more.

Here's a few foods you should add into the mix to assist collagen production;
- bone broth
- berries
- fish with skin on
- eggs whites
- berries

Don't forget to pair foods high in vitamin C and Zinc to support collagen production!

Collagen also helps your blood clot, replace dead skin cells, and creates a protective cover on your organs. Pretty awesome, right?

What will you be adding to your meals to boost collagen intake?
