I added the back porch just to show these can be built as a house. A house obviously wouldn't have (2) 10X10 garage doors in front

Now this will blow your mind. Here's a case where more is less!

Customer wants a 26X21 garage. Lowest price out there is about $7700 plus tax and that's with a manufacturer that hates to do anything under $15K so they take forever. I price it out with my best manufacture who happens to have a sale on anything over $10K is 25% off. Initial price was about $$8595 but I decided to play around and see how I could get the price just over $10,000.
I added wider doors, a side door, roof insulation and the price is now $10,187. Take off the 25% and now we are at $7640.25. Less than the lowest priced manufacturer with a lot less building. Plus anything that's over 10K gets a free color screws upgrade which is worth $300. WIN WIN!!!
