A failing drain system doesn’t just impact drainage — it impacts the entire structure around it.

In spring 2025, RSI completed structural drain replacement, concrete repairs, and new traffic coating installation at this underground Milwaukee parking ramp to help mitigate future water-related damage and extend the life of the structure.

By addressing deteriorated concrete and corroded drains together, the project delivered a more complete long-term water-management solution rather than a temporary fix.

Please join us in welcoming Tim Pauly to the Restoration Systems team as a Project Manager in our Milwaukee office.

Tim brings valuable experience and will be supporting our team and clients across a variety of restoration projects throughout the region. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the knowledge and teamwork he’ll bring to RSI.
