Family "S" is seeking a calm, structured, and intentional nanny to care for their two young children in their Clarksville home. Their parenting style is structured and intentional, rooted in a strong Christian foundation and personal responsibility. They are direct communicators and are looking for a nanny who values that same open and honest communication style. This is a no-screen-time household, and they need someone who will respect and uphold that boundary consistently.

"B" (2.5) is an active, inquisitive little boy who loves motorcycles, construction trucks, climbing the jungle gym, and reading story books. He thrives with structure and consistency but has a fast-paced, curious nature and loves trying new things. He will need a calm, dedicated presence with high emotional endurance to help him navigate his toddler feelings.

"S" (11 months) is a happy, curious baby girl who loves exploring her surroundings and hanging out with her big brother. She does best with repetitive routines and a consistent caregiver who keeps things calm and predictable.

The nanny's responsibilities will include childcare as the primary focus, early childhood education using provided materials, and light housekeeping such as loading and unloading the dishwasher, sweeping floors, wiping down counters and tables, folding laundry, and keeping the toy room orderly. The home also has Rocky, a 10-month-old puppy, so a nanny comfortable sharing space with a young dog would be a great fit.

POSITION DETAILS:

Compensation and Benefits:
• $18-22 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Consistent base hours with opportunities for additional hours

Schedule:
• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45AM - 5:30PM (until mom arrives home)
• Friday: 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Start Date and Commitment:
• May 26
• Long-term commitment
