This isn't exactly news, but an answer to something I was asked about today: "How do I find your posts if they aren't on my main page?"
So here's a tech tip for the day, to help you see more FB posts from your friends, The Chelsea Post, or others.
On Facebook, the default home feed shows everything including your stuff, suggested content, sponsored ads, etc. If you want to filter most of that out, you can do this (see screenshots for a visual):
On Desktop:
➡️ Go to your left sidebar
➡️ Click Feeds
➡️ Select which content you want to see: All, Favorites, Friends, Groups, or Pages. Click the one you want to see.
On Mobile:
➡️Click the three lined menu (hamburger menu)
➡️Click Feeds
➡️Along the top of your screen, you'll see your options: All, Favorites, Friends, Groups, Pages. Click the one you want to see.
If you choose Friends, for example, you'll see more posts from your friends. If you choose Pages, you'll see content from The Chelsea Post and other businesses you follow. Facebook still sneaks some sponsored content in there, but you'll see much less of it.
This is a bit outside the normal content for The Chelsea Post. Let me know if it's helpful! -Leslie
